Made to Order:Some items are made-to-order by our supplier, Malley Sport, who only open their store at certain times of the year. Here’s how it works:
If you place an order outside of these windows, don’t worry, it will simply roll over into the next available opening. We’ll always confirm which window your order falls into when you check out, so there are no surprises. |

Some products are kept in stock at the gym, while others are made-to-order through our supplier. You’ll always be informed of the estimated collection date before your order is processed.

This depends on whether your items are in stock or made to order. Stock items (like scrunchies and some t-shirts) are usually ready for collection within a few days. Made-to-order items are processed during specific supplier order windows, which open four times a year. If you order outside one of these windows, your order will automatically roll over to the next opening.
Can I try on items before ordering?
Yes, where possible. We keep a selection of sample sizes for our most popular products, so you can check sizing at the gym before placing your order. This helps make sure your gymnast’s kit fits comfortably and safely for training. Just ask one of our coaches or volunteers for help when you’re next at the gym.
Do I have to buy club kit straight away?
No, not at all! Many new members start in comfortable sportswear (such as leggings and a fitted t-shirt) before purchasing club kit later on. That said, once your child is settled, we recommend wearing the official NLGA kit for displays, competitions, and events, it helps gymnasts feel part of the team and represents the club with pride.
What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
If you have any issues with your order, for example, sizing, delays, or defects, please contact us directly and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are made to order, exchanges may take additional time, but we’ll always do our best to find a suitable solution.
