Volunteers
Our volunteers are an essential part of the NLGA family. From lending a hand at displays and competitions to supporting fundraising events, they help keep the club running smoothly and create the welcoming atmosphere we’re proud of.
You don’t need any gymnastics experience, just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to get involved. Whether you can give a little time now and then or a regular helping hand, every contribution makes a big difference to our gymnasts and the wider club community.
Volunteering is also a great way to meet new people, be part of events, and see first-hand how much the children gain from being part of gymnastics.

Safeguarding & StandardsThe safety and wellbeing of our gymnasts is always our top priority. That’s why all coaching and volunteer roles require the appropriate safeguarding checks and training, in line with British Gymnastics guidance. We’ll guide you through this process step by step, so you feel confident and supported. Our aim is to create a safe, positive environment where every child can thrive, and where every member of our team feels prepared and valued. |
