Badge Scheme
As a means of showing your child's progression and having fun, we work with the British Gymnastics Badge Scheme. This scheme covers floor, vault dance and pairs work.

Once your child has passed the award you will receive a slip detailing the badge gained and the cost of purchasing the badge.  Don't forget every child is different and progress at different levels so some children will take longer than others.

Illness or Injury
Gymnastics is a very demanding sport.  If your child is under the weather it will not be enjoyable or more importantly safe for your child to take part.  Please rest them and aid the recovery process.

If your child has sustained an injury please inform the head coach and then a joint decision can be made on the best course of action.

Should your child sustain an injury whilst at the club you will be informed on collection unless the incident is of a more serious nature in which case we will endeavour to contact you immediately.

Information and Emails
We try and keep you as informed as much as possible but using the club notice boards, emails and of course the website.

During the session the health and safety of the children is our priority.  Due to this it would really help if you could email us if you need any information or queries about your child's development so we can give you our undivided attention :-)

  Leaving the Club
We understand that although gymnastics is a popular sport, there will eventually come a time you child may
wish to retire.  If this is the case please let us know as soon as possible.  We request a minimum if 4 weeks       notice please (at which time your month in advance pays for your last 4 weeks) and then you may cancel your monthly payments to club.    This will allow us to say our good byes and also offer their place to someone on the waiting list helping to make everybody happy!
